What a unique location! The Hotel des Gouverneurs is located on the edge of the citadel, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the city and the mountains beyond.
You can enjoy this view both day and night, from the bar and some rooms.
Our room had 2 large windows overlooking the city and one overlooking the sea. You could keep an eye on the boats entering, and imagine the city’s historical protection from the citadel!
And despite being in a very historic location, we were able to enjoy an indoor pool!

Why stay at Hotel Alivi
Hotel Alivi is the option that brings you the most complete experience in Bastia: the hotel offers sea-view rooms, a swimming pool, access to a private beach and a restaurant.
Admittedly, it’s not in the center of town, but it’s less than 10 minutes by easy road. It’s an excellent compromise for those who want both beach and city.
The staff are attentive and the environment peaceful.

This hotel is a true haven of peace nestled in the heart of nature. We were seduced by the charm of the stone buildings, the beauty of the trees, the swimming pool with its outdoor beds, as well as the restaurant and the magnificent vaulted room where we had breakfast.
It’s a place that perfectly combines the comfort of a natural cocoon with its historical imprint. An ideal place to relax, where we made the most of our stay.

The village of Oletta is rich in magnificent buildings. This is a different style from La Dimora, built as a noble palace in the 17th century. This was another of our favorites in Saint-Florent.
Right in the heart of the village, the rooms are spacious and quiet, with mountain views. The full-length swimming pool is ideal for a quiet swim in the Corsican sunshine.

Saint-Florent’s hotel offer is not the most modern. Hotel La Roya really stands out with its modern Mediterranean architecture. Being on the beach side of the Roya, it offers the finest views with Saint-Florent and the Cap Corse mountains behind.
We enjoyed the views from the entire hotel, the outdoor pool and direct access to the sandy beach and sea. Ideal for a morning dip with breathtaking views!

The village of Erbalunga is one of our favourite stops on Cap Corse. The little outcrop of land, with its packed houses and Genoese tower, is charming.
And right next door is this hotel, also full of charm.
Housed in a 19th-century residence, the rooms have been decorated to blend modernity and authenticity.
We also appreciate the cocooning effect of stones and palm trees.
