2. Scope and description of the articles
The present general conditions of sale apply to all the sales concluded on the site Corsicalovers.fr.
The Internet site Corsicalovers.fr proposes to the sale of intellectual works in digital form (PDF).
The digital books (or eBooks) sold on Corsicalovers.fr are digital files containing intellectual works intended to be downloaded to be read on electronic terminals (computers, smartphones, tablets, etc).
Digital works are protected by French and international copyright laws.
3. Intellectual Property
The downloaded files are for the exclusive use of the buyer. They may not be resold, rented, or transmitted free of charge beyond the family circle and the legitimate needs of private use; any representation or reproduction of these files, in whole or in part, outside the cases provided for in Article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, is strictly prohibited and would expose the holder to legal action.
4. Commands
All orders are placed through the Sendowl platform. Payment is made at the time of order.
The customer must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity or be holder of a parental authorization to place an order on Corsicalovers.fr.
The click on the “Order” or “Pay” button on the screen that summarizes the order and the explicit acceptance by a dialog box of these general conditions of sale, constitutes an electronic signature that certifies the unreserved consent of the customer to these general conditions of sale (including the unit price) specific to each file purchased. The customer waives, therefore, to take advantage of any contradictory document and, in particular, its own general conditions of purchase.
The customer can abandon his order until the validation of the payment of his order. Any order with a fraud risk profile may be blocked by the administrator at the payment stage.
5. Availability of eBooks – Delivery
After ordering, the eBook can be downloaded from the confirmation screen.
An email is also sent with a download link.
The download link is valid for 1 year and for a maximum of 10 downloads.
The administrator of this site cannot be held responsible for technical problems independent of his service, such as connection problems due to Internet service providers or computer problems due to the client’s hardware or software.
5. Awards
The prices of the products are net in euros including all taxes.
All orders are invoiced in Euros and payable in Euros at the time of order.
6. Payment
The price is payable in full and in one payment at the time of order.
The payment of purchases is made by credit card (via Stripe) or Paypal. The bank transaction is carried out at the time of the order.
7. Warranty, return and refund
Product Warranty
If a PDF is defective, you have 14 days to return the digital product by email. As soon as we receive the defective work, a new article will be offered for download.
Right of withdrawal
Digital files cannot be returned.
If you have not yet downloaded the file, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase – use the form here or by replying to the confirmation email.

8. Protection of personal data
The information requested from the customer is necessary to process orders. This information and data is also kept for security purposes in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. These data are stored via the SendOwl platform(see their conditions).
The processing of personal data is done in compliance with the law relating to computers, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978. Any person registered on this site has the right to access and rectify personal data concerning him or her. You just have to contact me.
9. Responsibility
Corsicalovers.fr releases any responsibility in case of non-performance of the contract due to a case of absolute necessity (strike, flood, fire, offline sales platform…).
The author has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in the eBook at the time of publication. However, the reader must make decisions based on actual site conditions and personal capabilities (physical and driving). All advice and opinions expressed in the eBook are the subjective opinions of the author. The author assumes no responsibility for any loss, injury or inconvenience resulting from the use or misuse of the information contained in this guide.
10. Applicable law
Sales of Products are subject to French law.
The Site, the Terms and Conditions and the Orders placed through the Site and their execution are governed exclusively by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the GTC or an Order shall be judged in accordance with French law and shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the Customer’s place of residence or, at the Customer’s option, the place of actual delivery of the Product.
