It is located in the north of the Cap Corse.<br\/>From 1620, the area of the east coast of Cap Corse was developed by the Genoese.<br\/>The local population exported olive oil and wine to Italy.<\/p>\n\n<p>It has lost most of its historical buildings, but you can still enjoy the marina, the beach. And it is from here that the Sentier des Douaniers starts (next stop).<\/p>\n\n<p>And most visitors tend to stay on the coastal road. But we recommend you to go up to Tomino, a small village with perfect views on Macinaggio and its beach.
