Michelin-starred restaurants in Calvi

1. Restaurant La Signora

This 1-star restaurant is an ode to Mediterranean and Corsican cuisine, imagined by Andalusian-born chef Juan Carlos Perez Durán. Trained in the four corners of the world (Asia, Polynesia…), he offers a daring cuisine sublimating local products, as illustrated by his black pork nustrale with Asian flavors, pakchoï and coriander. The setting is also magnificent. The restaurant is housed in a former Genoese stately home, surrounded by pine forests and vineyards. The terrace offers a superb panorama of the Bonifato mountain cirque, an ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine. Our head sommelier, Morgan Gaby, is sure to find a wine to suit your taste from his 800 references! You can extend the experience by staying overnight, as the restaurant is part of the 5-star La Signoria hotel. See photos, prices and availability.
